Our Stance Analysis Wellness Check is a quick, non-invasive screening appointment with our veterinary physiotherapist.
What happens during the session?
Your dog simply stands on our specialised stance analysis platform while being calmly positioned and guided by our veterinary physiotherapist.
The platform objectively measures how much weight your dog is placing through each limb.
- We then:
- Interpret the weight-bearing data
- Assess for any asymmetry or imbalance
- Explain what the results mean
- Email you a copy of your dog’s weight distribution report
The appointment is gentle, stress-free, and suitable for most dogs.
Why is this useful?
Dogs are very good at hiding discomfort.
Even mild arthritis, early cruciate strain, hip discomfort or spinal restriction can cause subtle offloading — sometimes before owners notice visible lameness.
A stance analysis can help:

What Is The Cost?
A standalone appointment with a therapist for analysis is £25 (inc. VAT).
If you are booked for a physiotherapy consult, stance analysis can be added on for £18 (inc. VAT).
